Siyai Perry: Top 15 Overall Juliana Heichel: 1st Runner Up Talent Madison Heichel: Top 15 Overall and 2nd Runner Up Talent Angela Escobar: 2nd Runner Up Talent Julia Shappert: Top 15 Overall, 1st Runner up Academic Achievement and top 5 for Community Service Lauren Cupkovic: 2011 National Speech Winner Megan Hunt: 1st Runner Up Overall Anna Shappert: Top 5 Community Service and Scrapbook Maria Shappert: Top 5 Community Service and Scrapbook Emily Zawodny: 2nd Runner Up Sweetheart Victory, and 3rd Runner up Cheerleading, 2nd runner up actress and 1st runner up Speech as well as best hair and best gown And Finally, Gracie Fusco went back to Nationals and after being first runner up at Nationals in 2010 and 2008 she won the National Sweetheart Title!
